Have an 07 Prius that was in perfect working order, except the Hybrid battery failed. Not only was this the absolute cheapest place to get it done, the service was exemplary. Highly recommend! You can’t go wrong. I’d give Global Hybrid Battery more stars if I could. I came to them via google search after a Toyota dealer told me to junk my 2006 Prius because they couldn’t correctly diagnose the root cause of the error codes. They estimated minimum $3500 up to $12000! And the dealer wouldn’t accept a return if it wasn’t the hybrid battery even when they could not diagnose the problem. Ben did make that promise, charged me less than a 1/3 of the dealer price even with a year guarantee and that was all it needed!!!! Ben was knowledgeable, sent me updates and I could not be happier.
