Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

3. Warranty Policy
The warranty provided by Global Hybrid Batteries is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Warranty coverage is transferable within thirty (30) days from the original date of battery sale.
The warranty shall be deemed void if the battery is stored, whether installed in a vehicle or not, for a period exceeding thirty (30) days without use.
Any physical damage incurred after the battery has been delivered to the customer will invalidate the warranty.
Failures caused by poor vehicle maintenance, insufficient engine power, or an engine’s inability to start are not covered.
Premature battery failure due to adverse vehicle conditions is excluded from warranty coverage.
Any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Global Hybrid Batteries shall release the company from warranty obligations.
Failure to return battery cores within twenty (20) days will result in the forfeiture of warranty coverage and non-refund of core charges.
4. Storage policy
Vehicles not picked up within 3 days after repairs are completed will incur a daily storage fee and may be towed to a towing facility at the owner’s expense.
5. Limitation of Liability
Global Hybrid Batteries shall not be held liable for any personal belongings or valuables left inside a customer’s vehicle while in our custody.
Additionally, the company disclaims responsibility for identifying or remedying any pre-existing or post-installation mechanical, electrical, or structural defects within the vehicle. It is not our obligation to perform a complete diagnostic assessment upon vehicle intake, nor are we required to notify the customer of any unrelated issues. Labor charges are not included under our parts warranty, and we do not provide reimbursement for any associated labor costs.
6. Policy Updates
Global Hybrid Batteries reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated through one or more of the following methods: email notification to your registered address, prominent posting on our website, or updates to our policy page.
7. Indemnification and Release of Liability
By accepting products or services from Global Hybrid Batteries, you agree to release and hold harmless Global Hybrid Batteries, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages (including strict liability in tort), losses, penalties, legal costs, or expenses of any kind, arising from or related to injury, death, property damage, or loss of use associated with the possession, use, or performance of the battery or related services.
